ASASSN-21tp --- ------- 8:46:11.18 -47:28:14.3 2021-10-21.33 13.84 SDSS DSS VIZIER ------- outburst from a previously non-variable star, matches to GAIA DR2 G=13.6, The ASAS-SN light curve for the last 300 days, the big spikes near g=12 are data artifacts.
Very unusual object.

No "outburst" in ASAS-3. ASAS-SN data suggest 5-d period
during the current brightening. This reminds me of
ASASSN-21gk and ASASSN-20da, which may represent a new type of
variable stars (ATel 14593).
