This object was classified as a "Mira" (of course,
not correct) in ZTF variable star catalog.
The ZTF data indeed showed Mira-like variation.
There was a maximum reaching zg=12.6 in 2018 Nov.
The present behavior may not be so special.

TCP J07363658+4151215: most likely helium WZ Sge-type dwarf nova
Kyoto U. team has reported observations. The data show
early superhumps with an amplitudes of 0.05 mag.
The period is 0.0280(2) d. This object is most likely
a helium WZ Sge star. The SDSS color (very blue u-g=+0.27)
is consistent.
