Tonny Vanmunster reported observations on Dec. 11.
The object varied between 17.2 and 17.5. There was
some possible indication of superhumps, but the result
was not conclusive. The object had already faded much
and it was likely superhumps had already become irregular.

Could rather be an active VY Scl star, like KR Aur
dominated by low states. DDE 35 is currently still
brightening.
