I have observed GK Per on Mar. 10 for a few images and found it at mag 12,8. Data are with the AAVSO database.

It appears that GK Per is not a full outburst as you indicated. However, looking at the light curve ,this is the same phenomenon as the small-scale brightening seen in from August 2021 to September 2021. But,It may be go full outburst from near future. It's need attention.
