Meegan (UAH) report on behalf of the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor Team: "At 17:49:08.21 UT on 12 February 2026, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 260212A (trigger 792611353/260212742), which was also detected by Glowbug (Cheung et al. 2026, GCN 43719), SVOM/GRM (Zhang et al. 2026, GCN 43727), and GECAM-B (Zhang et al. 2026, GCN 43736). The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 127 degrees. The GBM light curve consists of multiple emission episodes with a duration (T90) of about 9.7 s (50-300 keV). The time-averaged spectrum from T0-1.5 to T0+14.5 s is best fit by a power law function with an exponential high-energy cutoff. The power law index is -0.66 +/- 0.02 and the cutoff energy, parameterized as Epeak, is 107 +/- 1 keV. The event fluence (10-1000 keV) in this time interval is (7.1 +/- 0.2)E-06 erg/cm^2. The 1-sec peak photon flux measured starting from T0+8.7 s in the 10-1000 keV band is 16.2 +/- 0.6 ph/s/cm^2. A Band function fits the spectrum equally well with Epeak= 90 +/- 1 keV, alpha = -0.43 +/- 0.02 and beta = -2.52 +/- 0.04. Starling (Leicester) report on behalf of a larger collaboration: We observed the field of EP260213a (Yang et al., GCN 43729; Li et al., GCN 43730) with the 2m Liverpool Telescope on La Palma using the IO:O instrument. We obtained 6x150s exposures in each of the SDSS r’ and SDSS g’ filters starting at 2026-02-14 02:35:02 UT, approximately 6.6 hours after the X-ray detection. Within the EP/FXT localisation (Li et al., GCN 43730), we detect no new sources in our stacked images consistent with the results of Cotter et al. (GCN 43728), Wu et al. (GCN 43731), Maksut et al. (GCN 43732), Pankov et al. (GCN 43733), Li et al. (GCN 43734), Aryan et al. (GCN 43735), Fortin et al. (GCN 43737) and Lipunov et al. (GCN 43738). We derive 3-sigma upper limits of r’ > 23.2 and g’ > 23.5 with photometry calibrated to Pan-STARRS and not corrected for Galactic extinction. We observed from 2026-02-14 07:09:32 to 12:08:00 UTC (from 11.18 to 16.17 hours after the trigger) and obtained 92 minutes of simultaneous exposure in the r and z filters. The data were reduced, calibrated, and analyzed with the COLIBRÍ ASU pipeline. The photometry was calibrated using nearby stars from the PanSTARRS DR1 catalog, is in the AB system, and is not corrected for Galactic extinction. In the stacked image, and in comparison to the PS1 and Legacy Survey images (Dey et al. 2019), we do not detect any new source at the FXT source position (Li et al., GCN Circ. 43730) down to the following 5-sigma limits: r > 24.0, z > 22.6. This upper limit is consistent with the ones reported by Wu et al. (GCN Circ. 43731), Maksut et al. (GCN Circ. 43732), Pankov et al. (GCN Circ. 43733), Li et al. (GCN Circ. 43734), and Aryan et al. (GCN 43735). We have chosen to publish 5-sigma limits as the FXT region contains about 100 independent PSFs. The false-alarm probability for 3-sigma positive fluctuations in a region this size is about 0.13. For 5-sigma fluctuations, it is about 3e-5. Cheung et al., GCN #43719) and SVOM/GRM (Jin-Peng Zhang et al., GCN #43727). According to the GECAM-B light curves in about 70-6000 keV, this burst mainly consists of multiple pulses, with a duration (T90) of 24 +/- 7 s. The GECAM-B light curve can be found here: https://www.bursthub.cn//admin/static/gecambgrb260212A.png The time-averaged spectrum from T0 - 1.0 to T0 + 11.0 s (photon energy > 70 keV) is fitted by a power law function. The power law index is -2.53 +0.14/-0.15. The event fluence (10-1000 keV) in this time interval is (1.07 +0.09/-0.13)E-05 erg/cm^2. Gravitational wave high-energy Electromagnetic Counterpart All-sky Monitor (GECAM) mission originally consists of two micro-satellites (GECAM-A and GECAM-B) launched in Dec. 2020. GCN 43729, Li et al. GCN 43730) using the 40cm SLT at the Lulin observatory, as part of the Kinder collaboration (Chen & Yang et al. 2025, ApJ, 983, 86, doi:10.3847/1538-4357/adb428). The first SLT epoch of observations in r-band started at 20:12 UTC on 13th of February 2026 (MJD 61084.842), 0.22 hr after the EP-WXT trigger. We utilized the astroalign (Beroiz et al. 2020, A&C, 32, 100384) and astropy (Astropy Collaboration et al. 2022, ApJ, 935, 167) packages to align and stack the individual frames. We used the Python-based AutoPhOT package (Brennan & Fraser 2022, A&A, 667, A62) to perform template subtraction with the DESI Legacy Survey (Dey et al. 2019, AJ 157, 168) DR10 using the 'SFFT' (Hu et al. 2022, ApJ, 936, 157) algorithm. Either in the stacked frame or in the difference image, we do not detect any new or uncataloged sources within the 10" refined EP-FXT localization circle. Moreover, we used AutoPhOT to perform PSF photometry. The details of the observations and the measured 3-sigma upper limits (in the AB system) are as follows: Telescope | Filter | MJD (start) | t-t0 (hr) | Exposure (s) | Magnitude | avg. Seeing | med. The presented magnitude is calibrated using the field stars from the ATLAS-RefCat2 catalog from MAST (Tonry J. L. et al. 2018, ApJ, 867, 105) and is not corrected for the expected Galactic foreground extinction of A_r = 0.106 mag in the direction of the transient (Schlafly & Finkbeiner 2011). Palmerio (CEA) report on behalf of the SVOM/VT team. SVOM/VT performed a Target of Opportunity observation of EP260213a detected by Einstein Probe (Yang et al., GCN 43729; Li et al, GCN 43730). The observation started on 2026-02-13T21:19:03 UTC, 1.346 hours after the trigger, in the VT_B (400nm-650nm) and VT_R (650nm-1000nm) channels simultaneously. No uncatalogued sources were detected in stacked images within the error box of EP-FXT (Yang et al., GCN 43729; Li et al., GCN 43730). The 3 sigma limit magnitudes are derived as follows: Mid time | Band | Exposure Time | 3 sigma limit magnitude 2.38 hour VT_B 72*50 sec > 23.7 mag 2.39 hour VT_R 67*50 sec > 23.5 mag Our photometry was in AB magnitude and was not corrected for Galactic extinction. The nondetection is consistent with the results published previously (Cotter et al., GCN 43728; Wu et al., GCN 43731; Maksut et al., GCN 43732; Pankov et al., GCN 43733). We started observations at 20:05:22 UT on 2026-02-13, 442 seconds after the EP/WXT trigger (J. Yang et al., GCN 43729). No optical source consistent with the EP/WXT (J. Yang et al., GCN 43729) was detected. Observations started at 2026-02-13T19:58:40 UTC, ~6.78 min after the trigger. We obtained g, r, and i-band follow-up imaging. After preliminary analysis，no credible candidate was detected within the error box provided by EP/FXT (Li et al., GCN 43730) in our images. The Chinese Ground Follow-up Telescope (C-GFT) for the SVOM mission is located at Jilin Station, Changchun Observatory, National Astronomical Observatories, CAS. It features two instruments: (1) CATCH at the Cassegrain focus with a 21 arcsec x 21 arcsec FOV for simultaneous g/r/i-band imaging, and (2) LATIOS, a 4k x 4k CMOS camera at the prime focus with a 1.28 deg x 1.28 deg FOV that images in g, r, and i bands via filter switching.
